Formerly the property of Rising Mill, this small parcel was the site of a small baseball field for a few years.
It looks abandoned now, but we’ll ensure it’s a real community resource in the future.

The Ball Field is on the west side of Park Street (Route 183) in Housatonic. Look for the backstop opposite the driveway for 252 Park Street. There is no improved parking, but parking on the shoulder north of the backstop is acceptable.

If you’ve wondered why the baseball diamond on Park Street/Route 183 in Housatonic was so… rough, here’s the answer: The property changed hands several times until it came to rest with us. We’re still digesting it, but perhaps this parcel will be a ball field again.
