Join Stewardship Manager Jenifer and Trail Crew Leader Jon for a guided walk at Parsons Marsh to explore the vital connection between native birds and the management of invasive plants.
During this program, we will stroll the 0.6-mile accessible trail, which includes a scenic boardwalk through the heart of the marsh. We’ll discuss how invasive species impact local bird populations and the ongoing work to maintain a healthy, balanced habitat. Whether you are an experienced birder or just curious about local ecology, this walk offers a great opportunity to see conservation in action.
Trail Details: An easy, 0.6-mile accessible trail and boardwalk, out and back.
What to Bring: Dress in layers and comfortable shoes. Please bring binoculars if you have them. If not, BNRC has several pairs available to lend for the duration of the walk.
