Every 30 seconds in the United States, a football field of natural lands is lost to roads and poorly planned development.
When land is conserved through a land trust, together we reverse this alarming trend. Every piece of land you conserve means:
- More protected habitat for plants and animals
- Less carbon in the air you breathe
- Healthier soil for crops
- Cleaner water in taps
- Access to natural areas where you can increase fitness and decrease stress
BNRC has already contributed to the more than 60 million acres of land conserved by land trusts across the country, thanks to donors like you.
